Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean + Push Press
4-5 x 2 + 3 + 1, rest as needed

Fitness & Performance:
Clean and Jerk
3 cleans + 1 jerk @60% x 1 set
3 + 1 @65% x 1 set
3 + 1 @70% x 2 sets
2 + 1 @75% x 2 sets
Rest as needed between sets

Conditioning:

Deadlifts (135/95, 185/135/225/155)
